略有区别.
in the coming two months通常是从说话的时间开始计算两个月；
in the following two months既可表示上述含义,又可用于另一个时间参照.
比如表示过去：
After that accident,I had to went home very late in the following two months.
或者表示将来：
We will be back a few days later than your permission,but it is a promise that we will work very hard in the following two months.
但是coming的用法并不适用这两个情况.
