Are you feeling a little bit overwhelmed by what other people are saying about your body shape? Personally, I don't think being fat is one of the worst things that could happen to a person. I know how fat people feel when they are being discriminated against. That feeling could last forever, and it reminds you whenever you come across someone who look better than you on the street, or at the party. You would look at that person and start to think about your body image; eventually, you start to lose your self-esteem. You might wonder about why we have the same mentality. You also might question about my existence because you personally do not believe that you deserve the care from a random stranger like me. Let me tell you why I am here talking to you about these issues. I was once a fat boy like you are. I was being discriminated against, and I did not want to walk out of my house because I worried that other people might laugh at me. Eventually, I had to make my first move because I knew that I couldnt stay in my house forever. The one thing that keeps you from achieving the expectations that you want and your integrity is through pushing yourself to make that first step. When I realized that I was able to reshape my body image by working out, I went to table tennis camps and other activities. It took about three years for me to lose my weight completely. I am now a popular star at my school and all the girls want to talk with me. Remember, if you want to get better at doing something, you want have right-a-way to make that choice.
