I tried to connect many types of cards - TF,M2,SD but nothing happens.In the first week of using all things worked good.
There isn't power in card reader section (CR lamp not lights too).USB 3.0 hub still working and I connect
to it many devices 2.5" HDD,USB pen drive - all works good.Even I replaced power cable to another one - without result - card reader not working.
Yesterday I received "dual Power eSATA to SATA 22pin,eSATAp to SATA 22 0.5M" (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250815257582&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT)
and after connecting to ESATA port 3.5" HDD with this cable - still nothing happens.I already asked you in my previous letter from June 14 about
ESATA port and Joy and Alice told me that this port is self-powered and provides power for 3.5" HDD,i.e.12V.Seller of this power ESATA cable 100% guarantees
that cable provides 12V for hard drive.
I think I need to request to replace item,and I need to check your address to return item.But because USB 3.0 hub still working and I need to use it,
couldn't you make me a favor to send new item first,and I'll send to you old item via registered mail after receiving the new?
