“Yes,sir,” answered the young man,“but it was a fortuitous incident.”
“Oh?” the judge said in surprise.“Why?”
“The captain was just standing just in front of Bob while I was shooting at him.So I hurt the captain only by mistake.” Fred answered calmly.
