有没有人帮忙写大二的英语作文啊?

I have to write an essay commenting on the National holidays.The word limit is dependant on which level of CET you want to pass.The due date is tomorrow,the fith of November,2013.The penalty is fifteen percent for late submission.A minute late or a year late is still late,so I will submit one year later.
