what 与why 怎么选

1.这种选择的时候,你要知道这句话想要表达什麽.如果是think what 代表"想什麽" 后面这句话就一定是在说一件事情.如果是thing why 代表"想为什麽"
则后面是讲一件事情的原因.而这句在这个连接词后面是有"is it" 其实这个词是跟“is it" 搭配的,后面那一堆"with people...dreams"则是it 的同位语.所以这里think what is it, 想的是it 是什麽.如果改为why, why is it 是说不通的,如果用why 则应该改为：It made me to think why people refuse to make some risks to follow their dreams. (注：refuse 要用原形） 这样可以理解吗?
2. 对於refuse 为啥加ing, 因为这句话从句的谓语是"is", 不是refuse, with people refusing 只是分词做状语.
