With the rapid development of internet technology, it is imperative to achieve the diversifying enterprise business under Market Economy can change itself via external Economic conditions and enterprise Electronic Commerce. However, at present, to carry E-commerce faces lots of iusses to solve. Such as talent lacking, information transfer, enterprise organization architecture and employee and leaders' conception. This paper aims at the management model of small and medium enterprise, talents training and perfecting software and hardware facilities of enterprise to expatiate on how to deploy E-commerce in small and medium enterprise and its effect.
