in the past与in past的区别

in the past 和 in past 都是表示过去的,一般都是用过去式.
不同之处是,in the past 可以独立使用.比如 Living in the Past.
而in past 大多数情况下都要加上表示时间的词
比如：in past week,In past decade,in past five years.
