If your husband's not Australia citizen and he'd like to sponsor your child
to Australia,below documents need to be provided:
-notarised birth certificate.
-medical check.
-the statement from the sponsor that he's sponsoring the child to
Australia.
-the no criminal convinction notary certificate from each country your
husband has totally stayed for up to 12 months since turning 16 years old.
( For Partner and Child category visa applications lodged on or after 27
March 2010 the sponsor (and the sponsor’s partner in Child visa
applications) is required to :
· provide an Australian National Police Certificate issued by the AFP
if the person has spent a total of 12 months or more in Australia since
turning 16 years of age; and
· police checks from each country other than Australia in which the
person has spent a total of 12 months of more in the last 10 years since
turning 16 years of age.)
-original passport.
-two passport-sized photos.
