These parts will not have gone through the test －在一段时间后（比如3个月后）这些零件也不会已经通过测试（这里“已经“是重点）
Neither of this parts have gone through the test － 这2个零件都还没有通过测试（而且neither of 后面加has,不是have）
These parts have not gone through the test 这些零件都还没有通过测试
再问： These parts will not go through the test 这样语法对么？ 对的话，可否理解为 These parts永远也不会通过 test
再答： 没错，如果是一般将来时一般都默认是永久（除非是These parts will not go through the test next week，那么就是只限于下周） 如果是将来完成时，则有时间限制
